Every man wants higher Testosterone levels, because this hormone is one of the main character builder of men.
Before you start using my advice, I recommend you to get your blood work done to see your current Testosterone levels.

No underwear: Your balls are hanging outside because they want to cool themselves down, and underwear does the opposite-it grabs onto your balls and shrinks them and heats them up. If you are at home, don’t wear underwear. Spend at least 50% of your day without underwear. Take it off when you are sleeping and when you don’t NEED it, you might need it when you where some pants that is not comfortable on your genitals.
Workout: This is probably well known by a lot of people, but let me explain why this is important. There is this one content creator from my hometown, he eats clean (most of the time), worksout (is jacked) and sleeps well (8-9 hrs)-guess his test levels…~900 ng/dl and he is all natural.
Supplements: I am not here you sell you supplements but, this is worth mentioning. Buy a supplement that has these ingredients: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3 + K2 + B12, Boron and Cissus. Some ingredients like vitamin b12 and cissus can be ignored if you find it difficult to find one with every ingredient. All these ingredients will help you with bone strength, brain function and your labido. Personally, I have seen growth and performance boost with this supplement.
Women: To really maximize your testosterone you should have a girlfriend or talk to women. Testosterone is made for the drive you need to get kids, wife and of course other things like to compete. If you really care about your testosterone, go get a girlfriend who is loving and beautiful-your natural drive for more testosterone will rise up. Not to mention, do not watch PORN, this will KILL YOUR TESTOSTERONE.
